Any part is in working-ready condition, yet have normal ware. Therefore, the part or the accessory may by slightly torn, has less bright color (than on the picture), etc. Please let me know if you have any question on how to replace part(s) or whether it will fit your stroller.
(if you are buying a seat or seat canvas, I strongly recommend to wash the canvas to remove the stains and any possible allergens).
The Handling & Shipping:

There is also small surcharge for packaging, depends on the item from $0.30 to $2, depends on the stroller item you are buying.
